Every great partnership starts with a conversation. Whether you're a local business, nonprofit, organization, or planning a special event, we'll create a customized photography and content experience designed to tell your story through authentic imagery, strategic storytelling, and professional digital content.

Booking Information

To provide every client with a consistent, high-quality experience, all standard photography sessions are scheduled for one (1) hour. Sessions cannot be shortened or extended, allowing us to maintain our schedule and deliver the same level of attention and service to every client.

Following your session, you'll receive a professionally edited online gallery delivered through our client management system. Your gallery includes your selected editing package and a secure online portal where you can conveniently view your images, download your gallery, and complete any remaining balance.

Reservation Policy

A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date and time. This retainer secures your appointment and is applied toward your total balance.

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled session, the retainer is forfeited. We understand that unexpected illnesses happen, and exceptions may be made when you are unable to attend due to illness or other unforeseen medical circumstances.

Our goal is to provide a seamless, professional experience from your initial inquiry through the delivery of your final gallery, ensuring every client receives the attention, quality, and care that define Explore Eastchester NY Media.
